Leading manufacturer of cold finished steel bars in Wilton, Iowa now hiring for Production Laborers on 1st and 2nd shift.


Responsibilities:

Qualified candidates will visually inspect bundles of steel received for the cold draw process, as well as assure the quality of raw materials, and finished products meet specifications and exceed expectations.

 
Requirements: 
  • Be mechanically inclined
  • Must be able to stand for up 10 hours per day
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on consistent basis
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must pass drug screen

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $18.00-$23.00/hr., pay depends on shift
  • Holiday pay after 30 days
  • Advancement opportunities available, depending on performance and capabilities

Hours:

  • 1st shift Monday-Friday 5am-3:30pm (overtime may be required)
  • 2nd shift Monday-Friday 3:15pm-1:00am (overtime may be required)
